Career & Coaching Opportunities
Turn Your Passion Into a Profession.
Do you lead with a high-five? Do you believe a child’s smile is just as important as their skill? Do you stay positive even when things get hectic? If yes, you’ll fit right in. Are you a leader who loves to mentor? We’re looking for dedicated professionals to help us redefine youth sports through expert coaching and heart-led leadership
We aren’t just looking for “instructors”—we are looking for mentors. If you are passionate about child development, sports excellence, and creating an environment where every kid feels like a star, we want to hear from you.
- Senior Head Coaches (Soccer & Volleyball): Lead our Academy and League programs. You’ll be responsible for technical delivery, player mentorship, and managing the “energy” of the session.
- Lead Camp Counselors: Take the reins during our school-break and summer programs. We need organized, high-energy leaders who can manage groups and create an unforgettable camp experience.
- Program Coordinators (Admin): The brains behind the scenes. Manage communications, scheduling, and parent relations to ensure the PrimeTimeETA experience is seamless from registration to game day.
- Technical Directors: Help shape our curriculum. We look for experts who can bridge the gap between “fun-first” play and technical progression.
- Scorekeepers: Helping with our regular scorekeeping duties on-site for leagues.
- Game Officiating: Junior level officiating for our various sports leagues.
- Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
- A supportive, professional environment with a focus on work-life balance.
- Professional development and coaching certifications.
- The chance to lead a program that truly changes kids’ lives.
FAQs
Does my child need experience to join?
What does "ETA" stand for?
Are the programs co-ed?
JK to Grade 2: Most programs are co-ed to encourage social play and fundamental movement.
Grades 3 to 8: We typically offer separate Boys and Girls divisions for our Leagues and Academies to help older players build confidence and social bonds.
What equipment does my child need?
- Basketball: Clean indoor running shoes (or basketball shoes) and comfortable athletic gear, age appropriate basketball.
- Soccer: Shinguards are mandatory. Cleats are recommended for outdoors; indoor turf shoes or runners for indoors, age appropriate soccer ball.
- Volleyball: Clean indoor running shoes and comfortable clothing. Knee pads are recommended for our Junior and Senior levels. Age appropriate volleyball.
What is the difference between a "League" and an "Academy"?
- Leagues: Focus on game play, teamwork, and the excitement of matches.
- Academies: Focus on the “Art of the Touch.” These are technical training sessions where we break down skills like dribbling, serving, or shooting in smaller groups.
- Many parents register for both to get the most well-rounded experience!
